The undersigned hereby agrees that I will not hold liable K I MARINE SPORTS CENTER and its AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES and OFFICERS responsible for any accident, injury, dismemberment, death, complaint or any activity arising in our availment of the said Marine Sports.
